Roasted Turkey Breast with Garlic Herb ButterBY valerierecipes
– Remove the turkey from the fridge and leave it out while making garlic herb butter.
Add the softened butter, minced garlic, finely chopped sage, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Mix until well combined.
Use 2/3 of the butter under the skin, and smear the rest on top of the turkey breast.
– Place the turkey in the baking dish lined with parchment paper (for easier cleaning). Bake for 15 minutes or until the skin starts to look crispy.
– Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F/180°C and cover the turkey with foil. Roast for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
– Garnish with rosemary and serve with the melted butter and roasting juices from the pan.
