Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
Fresh cauliflower is seasoned with garlic and a hint of Parmesan cheese, resulting in a crispy bite. Simple to make and perfect to serve for an easy side dish!
• Caulifloweringredients• Olive oil• Garlic powder• Salt and pepper• Parmesan cheese
1.Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread cauliflower in a single layer onto a baking tray.
2.Drizzle with olive oil. Lightly toss with a spoon to ensure each piece is coated.
3.Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
4.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tops are browned, stirring cauliflower half way through to ensure even baking.
5.Remove from oven and top with Parmesan cheese.
