QUESO BLANCO WITH COTTAGE CHEESE

In a blender combine all the ingredients  on high till nice and smooth.

Transfer Queso to a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 second intervals stirring in between till hot.

Serve Queso with chips, over nachos or on other favorite Mexican dishes and enjoy!
