Creamed Corn with Cream Cheese
1Add cream cheese and butter to a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
2Add frozen corn to the pot.
3Add milk, sugar and salt.
4Stir continuously, breaking apart the butter and cream cheese as you stir.
5Continue cooking and stirring until the cream cheese and butter have completely melted into a sauce.
6Remove from heat and let stand for 10 - 15 minutes to thicken. Garnish with fresh parsley.
