step 1Crumble the tofu in a heated pan with oil. Add the soy sauce and cook until brown.
step 2Remove from the pan, then cook the veggies with the seasonings and sesame oil.
step 3Mix the cooked veggies with the tofu and scoop onto the vegan egg roll wrapper.
step 4To make the veggie egg rolls, fold the bottom corner up and fold in both sides.
step 5Dab a bit of water on the exposed corner, and continue rolling to seal everything up.
CookingFry the egg rolls in heated vegetable oil until golden and crispy!
They can also be made in the air fryer or baked in the oven!
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with sweet chili sauce!
