1Pulse the red and garlic a few times in a food processor to chop.
2Add the parsley, mushrooms, and cilantro. Pulse until the mushrooms and coarsely chopped.
3Add the black beans, tomatoes, cumin and salt. Pulse again to mix together.
4Add the oats and quinoa and pulse again.
5Se sure you don't over process the mixture. You want it to maintain some texture.
6Shape into patties and lay them out on a parchment lined tray.
7Bake in the oven and flip over halfway through the cooking time.
