1Combine Biscuit ingredients in a bowl. Knead until a dough just comes together, make sure not to overwork.
2Roll dough on a flat surface. Cut into 4 equal pieces. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
3Brush surface of each biscuit with melted butter.
4Bake until lightly golden brown
5Sauté the pork sausage, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon.
6Make the gravy base with the Flour, Milk & Butter then combine the sausage mix in.
7Cut Biscuits in half, place them in a bowl. Top with the Gravy and serve while hot!
