1Cook some small pasta shells according to the directions on the package. Drain and set aside.
2Cook some bacon pieces in a deep skillet until brown and crispy.
3Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cooked bacon pieces to a paper towel lined plate.
4Add some minced garlic to the skillet with the bacon grease. Stir well and cook the garlic for 1 minute.
5Add some heavy cream to the skillet and stir well. Bring the cream to a boil and then reduce the heat to low.
6Add some cream of bacon soup, salt, pepper and chopped chives to the skillet and stir well.
7Add the cooked pasta shells to the skillet and stir until they are well coated in sauce.
8Add most of the cooked bacon and some shredded parmesan and stir well.
9Sprinkle cooked bacon and chopped chives on top.
