– 1 batch of chocolate cake, cooled and crumbled – 1/2 cup of cream cheese frosting – 1 cup of dark chocolate, melted – Sprinkles for decoration (optional) – Lollipop sticks

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crumbled chocolate cake with the cream cheese frosting. Mix until it forms a dough-like consistency.
Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Dip the end of each lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and then insert it into the center of each cake ball. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
Press 1 pie crust into a pie plate and lightly brush with egg white. Bake crust in the oven until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Place the cake pops in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set.
